As articulated well in this recent Wall Street Journal entry, even with the best use case, and relevant expertise, the change process involved in actually adopting what is created to transform a business remains very difficult. Despite that the technological aspects get easier every day, gradually enabling larger transformations, the change management and people management process gets harder as the transformation gets bigger. Speed of change is often difficult to accept and to adapt to from the human perspective.
